With NWM Umbrella, you become our employee while working on assignments. We process your wages through PAYE, provide your payslip and explain the employment entitlements that apply to you.

CIS route
Self-employed in construction?
NWM CIS supports eligible self-employed construction subcontractors. We assess the working arrangements, verify your CIS status with HMRC and explain the deductions and payment process.
Having a UTR or CIS registration alone does not establish that an assignment can be paid through CIS. We’ll explain the checks.
